Media Berbasis Spesimen Untuk Mendukung Pembelajaran Biologi Berorientasi Pada Proses Sains

Abstract


Specimen-based media used for biology learning oriented to the science process. The community service program is prioritized to address the problems of high school biology learning in Kubu Raya district. The community service activities carried out are: (1) educating the importance of science processes in biology learning, (2) training in making specimen-based media for biology teachers, and (3) providing specimen-based media to support biology learning activities oriented to the science process. The results showed participants enthusiastically participated in the activity. Participants not only ask questions but also share experiences and information about biology learning activities that are oriented to the scientific process, especially biology practicums using specimen media. The results of training activities provide an overview of the use of specimens in biology lab work and how to make them. Provision of specimen-based media is useful for use in learning in schools, especially for biological practicum activities
